Called around everywhere and Im pretty sure it doesnt have an immobilizer, so easiest way would be to get a blank and take the bike to a locksmith. Just wondering if you guys know any easier ways, or cheaper places to get a blank and a good locksmith. Paying 45 bucks for a blank and hauling the bike back and forth doesnt seem very convenient. Thanks.

Problem is Ive called about 13 locksmiths, basically everyone I found on google and yellowpages, and only one of them even cuts keys for bikes and knows what theyre talking about. I have to bring the bike to them though, and they charge $90. Anyone know a good mobile locksmith who does bike keys, please chime in.

No they need the bike there if you don't have an original. Best I've found so far is a place called ABOE who will do it for 75, and another place for 90.

That's weird, I didn't need to go through that even without having a key to show. I just went to an authorized Suzuki retailer, gave them my vin. I got a blank key with the matching immobilizer for about $55, however needed to get it cut for another $6. But you're gonna need to bring your bike to get it cut...

It does have a immobilizer. There are ways to bypass the security, but it will cost you around the same price.
