Hey guys, I have a black macbook (late 2007 model) for sale. The system is in 9/10 condition, it has been babied since bought and kept in a sleeve. It was used sparingly by a female university student just to look at readings and notes, nothing too strenuous. Its updated to the latest drivers and OS, theres nothing wrong with it at all, runs perfectly well. There is however a tiny piece that chipped off on the bottom right side edge, however that it due to factory defects and I have heard many macbooks having this problem, the piece that chipped off is about an inch long, and its just the border piece. Here are the specs:

L2 cache 4MB shared
System bus 800MHz
Memory 2GB of 667MHz DDR2 SDRAM (PC2-5300) (upgraded from the factory default 1GB)

the system comes with the adapter and basically everything found in the box, a mighty mouse( used only twice) and also a 13.3 inch sleeve. Asking price is 700 OBO, the price is just a feeler, Ive seen alot of these older models asking for 800, so if its too high, I can readjust. Pm for pics, otherwise, thanks for looking.

To the buyer,
There's a good chance that Apple will fix the crack in the wrist rest for free if you take it in to the Apple Store. It's a well documented design flaw.

Last fall I took my 4 year-old MacBook with the exact same defect to the Apple Store. No questions and they had it fixed by the end of the day (the repair involves a completely new keyboard tray, including keys and trackpad).
