Need some recipes for a fundraiser. Am open to all kinds of foods from different cultures.
This will be for meals at lunchtime. Something that we can sell cheap at maybe around $5-$6 a plate/bowl.
We've got a few ideas down, but wouldn't mind more!

Ideas so far:
Fried rice with diced ham and vegetables
Spaghetti
Curry Chicken on steamed rice
Beef/Chicken Stroganoff
Vermicelli with spring rolls
