bad trans. mount?

Hey guys having an issue with my 1992 b16a swapped civic hatch. The shift lever is moving when power/acceleration takes place and is mostly felt in gears 1,2 and 3. While stepping on the gas the shifter moves with the trans/engine it would seem (torqing itself) and then jumps back when let off of. It still drives fine and Im driving it to work each day. Is this a bad or broken trans mount? It just recently started this.

Also my battery light cel is flashing but nothing is wrong with the car?

a) could be something as simple as a bolt that fell out, worst case could mean borked mount, yes

b) the battery discharge light on (not a CEL) means youre getting insufficient charge at the terminals to maintain the battery. Your car could run fine for a while until one day it wont start. Could be a bad alternator, or just a corroded connector.
