So as we alll are aware of Jordan's new car which is 2008 Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera, with 760 MILES!:nut:

I was lucky enough to win the contest through beyond which was held for all members, and I was the winner who would get a ride in the Lambo..

As I have just come back from the ride, I am amazed by the boundaries and capabilities this car has. We decided to meet up in downtown by the Eau Claire Market, as the Lambo pulled up in the Joey's parking lot I could hear it, but also see the H.I.D.'s pointing from it's wide angles. The car's exhaust is not annoying and loud, but instead sounds more a song coming from a deep place and is soothing to the ears. It's not very loud when cruising but when the car's 5.0 V10 is pushed the car roars and everyone on the streets is looking at you, don't know if there disturbed or just getting emotionally attached to the sound.

The car's exterior is amazing, the white and carbon fiber combination go really well togeather. Car looks like acar a superhero drives in movies. Everything on this car looks BRAND NEW, well it is brand new with only 760 miles on it. Jordan told me this might be the only Superleggera in Calgary (not confirmed). Even if there is another one it D-E-F-I-N-I-T-E-L-Y will not be anything close to Jordan's the miles and the color make it an identity of it's own. Jordan also was cruising around with his buddy who also owns 2005 Gallardo, but it doesn't have the e-gear. The color was astonishing, it was a very pretty blue color with yellow calipers with a Lamborghini stamp on them make this car noticeable even for a blind man.

Interior of this car not very comfortable, but the seats cuddle you so tight that you forget about the comfort and just enjoy the black suede interior. It had a navigation screen, didn't really have the need to listen to music, the V10 was enough for me. Carbon fiber is placed everywhere in the Superleggera, the entire inner door pannel is carbon fiber.

The drive was a blast, as we pulled out of the Eau Claire parking lot, a button was pushed and the car raised about 4" from the ground, and would drop back down when hitting speed over 60km/h or simply could just be pushed again to make it kiss the ground. RPM's hit the redline and drop back to idle before you know how fast your going. The car simply shifts great, Jordan has the car in Sport mode the whole time since we were having some fun with the car. :poosie:

Lamborghini get's so much attention from by standers even people driving by, it turns their heads when they hear and see this beast coming down the street. I don't know if it's a good thing to be noticed, I think it wouldn't be so bad for the first couple weeks.

Since Jordan had somewhere to be at 4:00 our drive was small and couldn't do much in the residential area. He has offered me another ride sometime... and Jordan just let me know when and where hopefully it can be somewhere it isn't to congested.

Great car, love the looks and the performance. Congrats Jordan... Hope u enjoy!

Sorry beyond members no pictures were taken, we were to busy enjoying the vehicle ourselves..... maybe next time I get a ride :D

That is who I saw today! I was going to walk over to Shell and take a photo of the two Lambos as the Gallardo is my favorite car by a long shot. Let alone the Superleggera.

I snapped a quick one from across the street though.

It gets me super excited as I will be doing 5 laps at the Las Vegas Speedway in a Gallardo on Nov 6th. CAN NOT WAIT!!

Congrats to Jordan on his new beautiful machine!!!!!

fuuck. realtors make too much money... hah but on a serious note....

I keep hearing that these cars break down often, and when they do its a huuuuge problem, costing lots of money... that true? like my chiropractor told me they burn through tranies like nothing as an example, every 12 - 15k...

what about maintenance? hows that with these cars, where do you even go?

ohh and can you tell us what the insurance is costing you. I heard thats insane too, like thousand a month?

ohhh and btw nice car jordan ;)

First off, this is 7 years of saving, i didnt just have one good month and deceided to buy it....(i know your joking)

As far as maintenance...from what ive heard they are a pretty good car, my buddies had his for 2 years now with no issues at all. I did hear that the clutch may have to be done every 20,000 miles or so.

As far as insurance its costing me 1500 a month hahaha joking its about 179.00 a month while i drive it and 55.00 in the winter while it sits

Realtors make too much money? I know plenty of broke ass realtors. Jordan just happens to be a friggin good one.

Didn't you buy it in mid 08? Good to see someone putting the klms on a car like that.

Interior not comfy! What? You drive a Buick? haha

The interior of the car is epic. Bare carbon door panels with a material pull handle, the white dotted stripes on the seats/roof, suede (alcantra) dash, everything is perfect.

And yes the best feature would be the sound..... fuuuuuuuuck! Words can't describe the engine growl, which you can hear for miles BTW.

If it were my car I would not work, sleep, eat... nothing. Just drive nonstop haha.
