I'm not looking right now, but I will be interested come September 2004. So just a question for you for my curiosity, what does $325/month include? Are there any other expenses besides food? And how big is the place? ie. Does each roomie have their own room?

Does each roomie have their own room? hey, my bud needs a renter right away to take over his lease. the only thing u need to pay for is 1/6 of utilities and yes u get your own room. the place is big enough for everyone to live comfortably. basically a big living room on both floors plus 3 bedrooms on each floor.
