Reminds me of high school. I was a 5'10 beachball at 220lbs and a 40 inch waist when I was about 15. I biked my ass off and lost, over summer, 5 or 6 inches off my waist. By the next summer I was happier, healthier and 155lbs with a 32inch waist. All some people need is a catalyst to get started.

Now I'm sitting at about 175lbs (32.5" waist), but definitely less 'soft' than I was back then.
