Does anybodys brother/uncle/best friend work for Ford?

I need some technical help for a 2005 GT that goes beyond what a stealership can help me with (believe me, I've tried, heh).

I've tried every way I can think of to talk to somebody at Ford directly, but I keep getting stonewalled (i.e., 'go to your dealer, they will help you...thank you for choosing Ford ..... *click*'), so I figured I'd see if a beyonder had a brother/uncle/sister/best friend/etc... who works there who might be able to help and get me some contact information.

Beyond to the rescue? :dunno:

My uncle is friends with the owner of Keystone Ford in Winnipeg.

Don't worry about being too technical. Both my uncle and the owner are quite technical when it comes to performance cars.
