My 18th Birthday Surprise

so my mom for my 18th birthday told me she has a surprise for me. she tells me to go to race city and we get through the gate and i see a bunch of super cars so i get a little suspicious and ask her if im getting a ride in one of them. as i asked that question she got this funny grin on her face which totally said yes. it was the greatest experience of my life. here are a few videos that i took that day

The first ride i got was in a Lamborghini Gallardo

Then he was going out with an instructor so he said why don't u hop in the Maserati obviously i was not gonna pass up a ride in an MC12

Seems like the Maserati was pushing it a bit more than the Lambo. The Lambo was really taking it easy.

I was there too.

the Enzo is beyond loud, the exhaust is abhorrent, and the way everyone fawned over Zahir made me want to vomit. But the damn thing IS fast. I was covering my daughter's ears every time it went past the pits.

I didn't see the green lambo going, but that white lambo was pure sex. The paint on that car is amazing in person, and the exhaust note was heaven.

having said that, your mom is pretty awesome to do that for you, and pretty smart. Planting the idea that if you do build up a car and race it, you keep it on the track.

Everything i have heard about that mc12 is that the guy drives the shit out of it which is great, he was telling big_fat that he drives it to tracks all over the place to race it with his wife... but it does sounds like there are a few things that could be tightened up lol.

He drove it down through the states this year and then up through the maritimes and to the Montreal Grand prix.
