Looking to build leg muscles specifically for hockey goaltending. The constant up-down-up-down really strains my legs sometimes during games, so im looking to build up the muscles to hopefully prevent this fatigue.

Incline treadmill? Stationary bike with lots of resistance?

Thoughts please!

Put on a weighted backpack and do up/downs in your home, and run stairs with the backpack as well.

Stair master (10mins warm up)
Leg Extensions
Leg Press
Squats
Stiff leg dead lifts (D-bell)
Reverse extensions

Two things for Immediate help:

1) Build work capacity. Get in better shape

2) Work on more hip Mobility, Lumbar spine, and Hamstring tightness.

Finally An olympic lifting routine should be right up your alley.

Lots of Cleans, Jerks, Snatches.

Assistance work should be Front Squats, Split squats, Romanian deadlifts.

Now all that probably just went right over your head, I'd suggest googling a Goalie workout routine.
