ATT Help

hey, i gotta oldish sony deck and the plastice thing around it is missing so its very mobile in its enclosure, anyways.... just recently the ATT or Mute feature has been goin off on its own, and if i wanna fix it i gott push the deck's face plate and it fixes....
is this a fuse problem, a deck problem, or a wiring problem ... thanks guys

sounds like a sticky button problem

theres no button for ATT on the deck ..theres only one on the remote....
