will the low efficiency catalytic converter cause problems with insurance inspection? will one of those liquid treatments from canadian tire (blond moment I forget the name) help?

id ont know if it'll cause inrance inspection problems. it's not on the check list. and it's currently off. sometimes it comes on.. sometimes it comes goes off.. but it's not a safety issue
