BB 9700 help. Can't update :(

So I had my crack berry turned off for 6 months while I was in Germany and now it can't update anything! It has an update 5.0.0.862 that keeps saying it times out, the Weathereye app crashes when I try to update, and my Scoremobile app crashes and freezes the phone when it tries to update. :banghead:

How.. is that helpful? I appreciate the offer but I like my phone. It was new in January. :(

you have to be connected to the internet in order to download and install that update, I know because I had the same problem. So find some wi-fi and start the download again my friend.

Use the Blackberry Desktop Manager, do a backup and download the update to your computer then update through the software
