Well you've got plenty of choices, about the only thing that matters is your budget. We can't help you without knowing what you want to spend. Probably at least $1,000 for the 3 lenses depending on your definition of "good".

Really, we need solid numbers to give you any kind of help.

One thing I'm confused about is why you need a macro lens, when you say you want to do "nightlife, street, landscape, and people photos." You don't need a macro for any of those.

Anyhow... here are some options.

cheapest:
Used Sigma 10-20
Canon 50 1.8
kenko extension tubes for macro

cheap:
used Sigma 10-20
Canon 35 f/2
Canon 50mm compact macro

quality:
Tokina 11-16
Sigma 30 1.4
Canon 50mm compact macro

higher quality:
Canon 10-22
Sigma 30 1.4
Canon EF-S 60mm macro

If you want to waste money:
Canon 10-22
Canon 35 1.4L
Canon 100mm macro L IS

a range to at most 1000

Do Accents "quality" selection above, but skip the macro for now.

yeah.. i love the tokina 11-16, definitely a good choice. go with the sigma as well, but watch the quality on them... their qc isn't that strong and sometimes u can get a "soft" copy.. maybe a nifty fifty / thirfty fifty 50mm1.8 would be a good bet as well.

you can't go wrong with a 50mm f1.8, $150 for a new one.

I myself plan to pick up a sigma 10-20 for wide angle. for the price it is a great wide angle

I know jackshit all about macro so I can't help you there.

after I got my 50f1.8 a shortly followed it with an 85mmf1.8 and built better then the 50, and the favorite in my bag at the moment. but it would take a large part of your budget at 600-700 new.

The only lens you will ever need is a 70-200 2.8is. I don't know what I would do without mine.
