I have a 3 month old Jabra bluetooth adapter and hands free that I'm not using as much as I thought that I would. Is this what your looking for?

Should work. So long as your phone has a standard hands free plug.

This is what it looks like, the cradle has the bluetooth transmitter for the headset.

Don't know if you can connect it to the PC. I've never tried to get it to work that way, theoritically it should be possible.

blutooth is a newer type of wireless thing, basically u can connect to other blutooth devices in about a 10' radius, and it also takes less power than infrared.

search it up on the net for more info i guess, i jus kno it works, haha, newer phones have it in them, it lets u have wireless headsets...so u can keep ur phone in a bag or sumwhere else and jus have ur headset on
