I'm going to start this one off with a disclaimer: there is enough sugar in this dessert to seriously harm a human. I suggest testing it frequently yourself to be sure it's safe for your friends. If these are good enough to get you laid, then I will take full credit.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup melted butter or margarine
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- vanilla extract
- 1 cup flour
- 2/3 cups cocoa
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (300 mL)

What you'll need:
- oven
- 13x9 inch baking pan
- two mixing bowls
- spoons
- mixer (optional)
- measuring cups and spoons
- microwave or saucepan

Directions:

1. First, melt your butter and combine with the sugar (called "creaming") in your larger bowl. Note that I'm using a mixer here, but you can just use a spoon (it will simply take longer). If you want to get a mixer easily, I suggest checking how many Air Miles or Save On points you have...that's how I got half my appliances. Anyways, when you have it mixed, it'll look like this:

2. Next, add your eggs, milk (NOT the condensed milk!) and 1.5 tablespoons of vanilla.

3. In another bowl, add the flour, cocoa and baking powder. Mix until the mixture looks like it's all one colour (ie, you can't see any white flour bits).

4. Combine the two together. Be careful though, since the dry mix will kind of spray everywhere if you mix it too hard. Take your time and kind of fold it into the wet.

5. Preheat the oven to 350F. Add a cup of nuts to the mix if you want. I like pecans, and Safeway had a nice little baggie of them in just the right measurement. Macadamia nuts would have been even better, but I couldn't find any.

6. Grease up your baking pan with your favourite er...greasing substance. I prefer canola oil, but some people swear by lard. I never have tried lard. Spread out your mix in the pan and slap it in the oven for approximately 40 minutes.

7. The last part of this is to make the fudge topping. This can be a bit tricky, but you'll get it. Preferably, what you want is a saucepan and pyrex dish combo like I have here to melt the chocolate. Chocolate burns very easily and is difficult to melt over direct heat. If you have my setup, then fill the pot 1/3 with water and set to boil. Put two cups of chips in the bowl and as the water boils, it will melt the chips. Add the condensed milk and another 1.5 tbsp of vanilla and mix it up.

If you lack these items, you can microwave it. Put the chips in the microwave for TWO MINUTES on MEDIUM power. When it's done, take them out and stir until they all melt. Warm up the condensed milk and pour on top with the vanilla. Stir until mixed. Chances are, though, that it will kind of solidify on the bottom, so if you need to reheat, do it on MEDIUM and for periods of 30 seconds to avoid burning the chocolate.

Don't do this step until there's only about 10 minutes left on the clock, as you want to slap it on top just after you pull the base from the oven. Pour the mix on, spread, and let harden on a wire rack.

Makes about 36 brownies and should be enough to satisfy any chocolate craving. Great right out of the freezer.

Bam!
