Any rust? Major issues or accidents? (Not a deal breaker, please just be honest.) anything that will need fixing in the shirt term? (Time for a timing belt, etc.) thanks!

no rust, no major issues, the interior is perfect and like the ad says theres a small dent on the right side along with some scuffing on the rear bumper. It just had a new thermostat put in along with a battery service and vehicle check-over at kramer mazda at 135000kms. It has 140000kms so yeah its about time for a timing belt to be done as i belive they recommend it @ 120000kms. My neighbor has owned this car for 4 or 5 years and they just bought a brand new mazda 3. Shes just selling it because its taking up her parking space! I think it might need a new rad cap as it looks like its sweating out the top a bit, as well as the valve cover is starting to leak. It also needs an instrument cluster light and a liscence plate light. Other then that its good to go!
