I bought seasons tickets for the first time this year. I bought for one season and agreed to auto renewal. I was told that if I agreed to auto renewal it would hold my 2010 ticket price for 2011 and subsequent years.
I dont go enough and called to cancel. She told me I hadnt held my tickets for the minimum 3 years as agreed upon in the contract and I owed $180.00. I asked for a copy of the form and no where does it say that you must have the tickets for 3 years as well as you must re-pay the ticket difference.
I have a copy of what I agreed to and I think I will be fighting it through the credit card. She explained to me that it was to hold my 2011 seat price and that is what the form says to me. Just be aware, it seems like they are sneaky.
