Shaw Webmail issue?

I made this e-mail like 10 years ago (When we upgraded from 56k to high speed) and I never had issues, and recently I have been having issues with my e-mail..

When I login I now see this

When i go to click on e-mail I just see a white screen, and then when I try to log-in to my "new webmail" button I can log in and then it just keeps reloading like this

I don't think it is a computer issue since I have tried on mylap, PC and another computer..


Any ideas?


My mom canceled our shaw a few weeks back, (where my e-mail was orignally made) and I was wondering if this could be the issue? I don't think so but who knows..


Anyone else having shaw issues?

Edit: Forgot to mention I have tried to login on Firefox, Chrome and IE the same thing on all 3

Do you still have shaw? If not, then there's your problem. The e-mail accounts are part of your internet package....

Yup, cancelled internet means cancelled emails associated with that internet account.

you should have transferred all ur emails from shaw to gmail or hotmail. I did that a few months ago. never going back to shaw webmail again because of this. I do have shaw again now though for TV and internet.
