Not sure how many of you own Adobe Photoshop CS5 but figured I'd post this here first to try to get some info and input. Basic story I bought CS5 two months ago through adobe and was quite happy.
Last week I get a notice saying the serial number is no longer valid. I've never installed it on more than one computer or anything like that.
Only thing I could think of is somebody somewhere else in the world used a keygen program that got my number and now mine doesn't work. Adobe hasn't been overly helpful in solving the situation. Essentially I'm without adobe as we speak and it's not fun after paying $800 for it.
A) Has anybody ever had this happen to them with other adobe products?
B) am I within my right to go to my credit card company to have the transaction reversed?
On a side note Adobe customer support now appears to be based somewhere overseas and I think this only adds to the complication. When you speak with Dave from India on the phone and can barely understand him it's a problem.
