Just got into a car accident..

Man! What a way to start the new year! I just got into a car accident about a half an hour ago.. Good thing is, not my fault.. Bad thing.. The guy whose fault it was.. 16 year old guy, just got his license.. I feel bad for him.. I'm going to try to keep it out of insurance..

As noble as it is to try to keep it out of insurance, if it was his fault and you got damages, I would have your car looked at very carefully before proceding with this decision.

Don't worry, if I have to go thru insurance I will.. and I'll get an estimate on the car.. I have been in so many accidents, that I know the drill.. I just feel bad for the kid.. It reminds me of my brother.. He pays $250 a month for basic coverage for his car.. and he just got into an accident.. I'm scared for him, his insurance is going to be insane.. His car is the one in my profile picture.. I sold it to him.. He only has the basic insurance, so he wont be able to get his damage fixed.

More just a heads up I guess. I hate seeing people do something out of the goodness of their heart and then seeing it end up costing more than they expected.

TEGDREAM--I'm pretty sure I have all the info-- I can call the cops if what I got is incorrect--I'm not too worried tho..

I wasn't hurt, but the after accident stiffness is starting to kick in.. You know, when you tense up your bod when you see something about to happen..

No, I don't have pics of the car.. It's not that much damage anyway..

MX3 was my first car..
4 accidents later I sold it.
the GT was my next car.
Broken into 3 times in 3 mos so I sold that one too.
I'm driving a beater right now, I just bought a house..
A new car will hopefully be on it's way soon..
