One thing we're considering at this show is a swap meet section. The oval has approx 175,000 sq feet of show space (approx 4 times larger than the TELUS Convention Centre) so we can drape an area off for a swap meet. This draped area will be seperate from the show, but access to the swap area will be available to all attendees of VUB. This area will be tables only, no vehicles or tents.
Definition of Swap Meet:
Buy/Sell/Swap anything automotive related. This can include new/used parts and accessories, memorabilia, literature
- Tables would be sold for approx $50-$75 and includes passes to event, and you must stay within your designated area (approx 10'x10')
- Setup will be the Friday from 5pm-10pm. You must remain the entire duration of the event (currently 1pm-11pm). Teardown starts immediately after the show at 11pm and must be completed by 1am
- Although night security is provided, exhibitors bring all products and materials at own risk. We recommend having your own insurance.
