Sell you an x301 for 800 bucks :p Even has a year left on the warranty. the 128GB SSD alone is selling for upwards of 350 on feeBay, and it has 4GB RAM =)

My father in law needs a cheap computer to watch online horse racing and porn. An X301 is overkill. Unless you are feeling charitable.

His budget is $300. I buy him stuff all the time so I ain't chipping anything in.
