I am looking at getting a cell phone. Never had one before. It doesnt really look like any providers have any good deals atm. what are my options? Suggestions?

If all you want is a normal cell and don't use it much (not a smartphone), just buy a pay and talk phone for $50, then it's as cheap as $15/month after that

^ or a used iphone and fake the apn and just use internet when around wifi?

i'd say if you never had a phone you probably don't need to make alot of calls? pay as you go option?
