Ive never really gotten into too hardcore into photography, nothing more than just regular point and shoot type stuff, but anyways ive always had a fascination with the older generaton of camera's, the newer ones IMO just feel too plastic-y. The nikon em and 1 olympus om-10 i got free (dont ask), and the other olympus om-10 i got for a steal of a deal off ebay, (like 35$ with a TON of accessories, 2 lenses, flash, etc.). So ive just been messing around with these, but i LOVE they way they feel, everything is made of metal, and it just feels so solid in your hands, the manual crank is something ive always loved. So heres some iphone photo's of the retro gear, from 1979! , works great and is in great shape for being 30+ years old. No photoshop with these bad boys, haha. Only downside is not really knowing what you shot looks like until you have it developed, ahah

Nice. I still use my old AE-1 from the 70s. It's the camera in my avatar. The playing field was definitely more level back then with Olympus, Minolta, and Pentax right in there. Too bad they've fallen behind in this age.

All that stuff looks like it was made before I was born haha. I can't imagine going back to film, even just for fun. I've been spoiled. It looks neat though.
