Jesus, you want to be in real estate but are too lazy to do any searching for information?

Wrong industry if you are that lazy....sorry.

both websites will be useful.

So for the cost/length, there are 3 phases to the course. The first phase is basically an introduction, it costs $125.00 and is either 1 day in the classroom, or 4 hours online, your choice.

The second phase is $1595.00 and is 4 weeks in the classroom, or you can choose to do it online and work at your own speed.

The third phase consists of 3 parts: commercial, residential and rural. Each part costs $745.00 and is 7 days long in class, or once again you can choose to do it online at your own speed.

For the entire course, the cost of books is included in the prices I gave you. There are exams at the end of phase 2 and each part of phase 3. Each exam costs $125.00 and you need to pass it before you move on to the next phase/part.

Also, if you do choose the do the courses online, I believe the fee is like 50-100 dollars cheaper, per phase/part.
