I just got back from the F1 race and we rode that coaster 3 times in one day. The initial launch is extreme and just slams you into the seat. The rest of the ride is fun too but it's the first bit that really gets you going. We were there just after Alonso and Massa rode the coaster - like maybe 30 minutes. We bought a couple of Alonso shirts just in case we bumped into him somewhere.

It's a good thing Alonso wears a helmet while he drives, cause if he didn't his face would be down the side of the car.

Where are you guys seeing this? All I saw was early on the excess seatbelt strapping flew out of the car and was blowing in the wind.

Also, they only give the people in the front seats the goggles. Everyone else either closes their eyes for the first bit or has them watering a ton when trying to keep them open.
