most private a/c owners here at CYBW stuff loads of $$$ stuff into their hangars besides airplanes, in the summer you could see so hangar doors open, airplane-motorcycle-mustangs-lambos-ferraris on movable wheel dollys, model t-ford woody vans, boats-ski-doos. cost is about 100k-250k per hangar with washroom/shower upstairs w/e you want to do-i dont think you have to work on airplanes or even store them, your hangar is for w/e you want to do.

I agree, the price is outrageous even for the rich.

I mean if they added a sitting area with TV`s, a kitchen area and a fold out bed of sorts then maybe but come on....

For $300K you could build a really nice garage attached to your house without the need to drive out to springbank to get your car every time you want to drive it. I do not see the appeal in these other than the clubhouse.

If I live out there I might consider it but it's just too far from where I live. The price actually isn't too bad, kind of comparable to bays in newer industrial areas around the City.
