If I remember correctly, that girl came forward and said she was making the whole flushot/disability up.

She said her illness came from the flu shot. Symptoms include,

She starts convulsing if she walks forward.
Shes normal if she jogs/runs.
Shes normal if she walks backward.
And she gained a British accent (Shes from one of the Southern states with southern accent)
Also, she can't talk properly UNLESS she is running.
