View Full Version : Workout to do before squash

Me and my room mate have started playing regular squash games, and there is a small weight room where we play. We've been trying to arrive about 30 mins early to get a quick workout in before. All the gym has is dumbbells and a few machines, so I can't do my usual bench, squat and pull up routine. Can anyone suggest exercises to sub in for those three i mentioned that have the same all over effect?

do plyometrics. Jump squats, GI janes, pullups, clap pushups. Variations of these will help out. Get you warm too.

:thumbsup: for squash, killer cardio. I started doing squash about 2 months ago its great.
