T616 is the model for north america.

The T610 is 1900/1800/900 mhz

which means the T616 works in NA and some European countries whereas the T610 works all over the world.

The phone is unlocked. There is no warranty because he bought it from another forum brand new. I think it was the Howard Chui forums.

Jackie when he asks if its branded he just means did/does the phone have a logo from a provider on it like Rogers, Fido, Cingular, etc.

The difference is branded phones have special software designed to each providers specs were unbranded phones just come with the manufaturers software.

Yea...I just realized that. It is a completely unbranded phone. CORRECTION. There is a warranty until May.
