Elaborate. I live it. If the media is down on the market it will slow. Media influences a lot of our decisions, it's good to see some positive news as it's been negative for close to 6 months now.

I was looking for houses just when the "boom" happened. I was seeing house price go up 5-10 grand a week and I was wondering WTF is happening. It took more than a month before any of this was in the news. Just goes to show, that the media usually knows shit.
