FWD donuts?

Is it possible to do a donut in a FWD. I know they can be easily done in RWD but FWD? :dunno: If so, can you guys tell me how?

Put the car in reverse, apply the e-brake, turn the wheels in whichever direction you wanna spin, and floor it.:D

But it's a little crazy if you ask me. :nut:

first, dont do this in your mom's 4g Voyager. Second I accept no responsibility for any damage done (most likeley to the afore mentioned 4g voyager since your gonna do it anyway). Ok here goes.... find a large, open, deserted, icy, (make sure i'm not around) parking lot without those dividers. Turn wheel a bit more than 1/2 (maybe 3/4) way in the opposite of the desired direction. Put car in reverse. Plant foot firmly on 4g voyager's gas pedal. the front end will swing around, and round and round. Your gonna be going in a circle now and use the extra play in the steering to adjust the radius of the circle... have fun and don't kill anyone! (esp me:thumbsup: ) you may also want to try doing this while backing up, just back up doing about 10-15kph and the plant foot and turn, a bit more than halfway through the 180 turn bring the wheels back straight and drop it in drive and plant it again, the inertia frim the fron shoud carry the front end all the way until you are now facing the direction you are were going. Reverse turnaround is what this is called and you see it in movies all the time. Remember empty, deserted, icy, no dividers and especially no Kevin (me) around, oh and cops, those guys always like to ruin the fun.:guns:

FWD's are ideal for Reverse Turnarounds (Texas Turnarounds) as described above, donuts in a FWD just make you dizzy :nut:

Pm 97_silverEL, he can show you how to smoke your tires for a damn long time while going forward, and yeah reverse donuts, but they aren't as fun as RWD...

FWD donuts are cool cause you see whats spinning and dont have to look in your mirror...Nothing looks hotter than RWD or AWD donuts though trust me...Esp when you get that tight little axis going with the AWD front inside tire...sweeeeeeet man...

pull e brake, and rev it in neutral and drop it into drive, then smash the gas


i used to have a turbo diesel benz, and what i did was the following:

put in in drive
full brakes
full gas till turbo spooled
then let off brake slowly then the tires smoked like a bitch
i went threw a set of tires, in a summer
it was sooo nice
i left like rubber on pavement for like 100 feet
it was soo cool seeing a 85 benz s class burning out
i miss that car.... i should of gotten a pic

today i did a 2f2f brian spilner spin reverse... lol i swear
and i stalled my fukkin auto :rofl:
on a road that is covered with sno u just gotta yank on the ebrake and ull go sliding

To anyone seriously thinking about doing this....make sure the lot is empty. I did a little ebrake work at the mall lot at 64th and Centre street after a snowfall only to have a ghost car parked in the lot bust my sorry ass. Theres nothing quite like seeing your car get towed away after getting two tickets and having the cop discover your registration is expired to dampen your day. :banghead:

I would not reccomend doing forward or reverse donuts in an 01 Malibu because when I tried it, it caused the power steering pump to go out, lol
