1,300 sq ft main level + upstairs, 495 sq ft in basement (developed). You can have a room upstairs (pretty big) or you can have the entire basement (sall good).
Right off of deerfoot trail so you can get where ya need to go pretty quick. Right across from 130th ave, so you can buy whatever it is you need to buy (130th has every store imaginable). Right near fish creek so you can do whatever it is you wanna do in fish creek :)
Available as of January 1. If you agree to do some extra cleaning in the house I'll bring you rent down to $500 UTILITIES INCLUDED. I clean the kitchen and upstairs bathroom religiously, the rest of the house never really gets all that dirty to be honest.
