Hey guys, I'm posting this for my parents. We've recently freed up one of our rooms at our building in Bridgeland. The location of the building is 423 1 Ave NE. Its a regularly maintained concrete building.

- 5 minute walk to downtown or 10 minutes to C-train
- Parking stall with plugin included in rent
- Full bathroom and kitchen in suite
- Heat and water included in rent
