You sure about the frame size, that really doesn't look like a 20.5

The frame size is measured from the front tube to the center tube along the upper frame tube. I am not sure if it is the right way to measure it.

Frame size is usually measured from center of top tube to center of bottom bracket. That bike is definitely not a 20.5. I'd guess at a 16 or 17.
