Recently I have been applying for jobs, and today I got a phone call from A & W saying they would like to set up an interview next week.

I have basic questions and the manager told me they have to do an interview before you are hired

Just need a advice and tips from someone who may know what the working conditions are like? What kind of questions do they ask you in the interview? How is the salary? Benefits such as free ketchup packets, root beer etc.

Any other helpful tips would be great. Thank you in advance, I look forward to hearing from you guys.

^^EDIT: i think (i HOPE) it is a thread created because of this thread http://forums.beyond.ca/st/322751/enterprise-rent-a-car-management-trainee/

first bit of advice... dont call yourself a burger engineer since APEGGA does not take kindly to that if you are not an actual engineer

You're not designing the burger, you're just a tech :P Don't be so full of yourself! Where's your ring?

Oh no I didn't!

Have it all wrong.

Burger design is done in India at night.
During the day techs come in and build them.
Depending on the design the front line drafters record successes or failures.
This is sent back to procurement which then re-designs the burger.
