when does the upper deck start at mcmahon stadium?

there is no upper deck, its all just one continuous incline... unless you mean the ones behind the net, then i dont know sorry haha

I believe the 'walkway' is between rows 48 and 49 (IIRC, either that or Row 39 and 40). So if you are row 49+ you are in the 'grey' seats.

On the east side row 44 is the start of the benches.

At least in Section U where I have my Stamps Season Tix..

Generally, I upper deck at McMahon at the first regular season game.

Geez, I personally know the company that sold and installed all these seats... could have asked.
