I've seen this on sale there for more than a few months now and I'm kind of interested in going down to take a look at it....the fact it's priced at $9,900 is a red flag though, I know it's got higher km's but the car's got pretty good reliability ratings.....what kind of things, besides, the usual should I look for or be aware of with these cars? Or better yet...anyone gone down and seen this one yet?

Check for the stupid CD player problem... Google it.

There seems to be issues with the 03/04 with the relay for the gas tank lid not working.

Also the trunk sometimes is stupid - doesn't close unless you push down on it.

Goodluck! I loved mine.

Holy crap...I have all 3 problems on my 2003 Murano haha....

1. with the CD player, I just bang it till it plays properly, something wrong with the laser alignment
2. gas tank lid won't open, open trunk, get in behind cover and manual release
3. trunk lid won't open...press unlock on fob, push down on the lid latch manually, press lock, then unlock...done

I wouldn't worry about the price too much, Nissans don't have the best resale value.

I hear the 03 G's go through brake pads very quickly.

mine didn't go through pads quick.. but if they did who cares 57$ each.. 5mins work.

for my gas lid i just switched it to off so the lid could open/close whenever..

That car has been there since I started looking at buying a new car in early June. I wouldn't expect a good car at a good price to be sitting there that long.

- early (actually all) g35 sedans depreciate like crazy. that price isn't too low given it's a first year model

- oh god the cd player, ahhh. it would take about a minute to load each cd!

Yah! Glad I'm not the only one who's noticed...definitely a red flag if it's been on sale for so long...anyways, decided I don't really like the look of these versus the Murano...I'm gonna hold out until I can afford to upgrade to a 2002-2004ish Audi A4...
