Telus optik tv/dsl opening ports

I can't seem to find nothing with my searches on google. or maybe im just not using the right words, but i am having problems trying to open my ports on the router so i can play xbox live and have an open network for psn

if any of you guys got an idea of what to do let me know or link me in the direction.

what is your current config? With the default username and password you should be able to open up login and make the port forwarding changes required.

I found it. it was under a few other clicks. had to go to firewall then theres port forwarding but the font was so damn small.
