17th Ave has to be the worst Cabbie zone for sure. This year was really bad for cabs out front of Malls. I want to ram them all off the raods. Just Cuz they have the little stupid light on the top of thier car makes them think that they can stop anywhere. I think if regular cars were to do the shit that cab do police would ticket us.
