Bought a 1994 Ford Ranger at 475,000kms to learn how to drive stick. Sold it at 480,000kms 2 months later. Tough little bugger.

We had a 1996 Chev 1 ton at the farm that had 736,000 km, it was a 6.5l diesel and the engine was original except for a valve job around 500,000 km. She finally died after i used it to tow a 36ft gooseneck with my F350 on the back ~ too heavy, ended up getting too hot and cracked a piston, sad to see the old gal go but the new owner fixed it and still drives it.

We had an old Aerostar that hit 325,000 Kms. I hated that thing, it's what I had to drive as a teenager.

thats shocking, the 6.5 has made many many techs very rich. they dont normally last that long. you would think it would have been on its 17th injector pump by then.
the best ive seen is 5 000 000km on a mci bus.

Trust me it went through a few injector pumps, my dad bought a pricey pump from a company out of the u.s that specialized in 6.5's and that one lasted over 300,000kms (was still working when the truck died). Those engines are quite good, once you get all the fuel delevery problems out of the way.

842k on my '84 s10, I got all y'all beat! Still ran like a top, all original.

My bro has a '95 f250 with over 1 million on it. How much over we don't know. Each time it goes over to 445k and resets itself to 345k , it's done that over 7 times now

EDIT: I have 310k on my '99 Saturn, former winter car, now all year car. :dunno:
and 28k on my '07 Triumph sportbike.

I believe my '66 Mustang had over half a million miles when I got rid of it in the early '90s (I saw it roll over 3 times in the time I had it , from '84-ish until then). But that's just a guess, since they only had 6 digit (including tenths) odometers back then.

394,000 on my 1982 Celica before I ruined the suspension. It rusted out and was impossible (sort of) to replace. Sold the engine and tranny, Heninger threw it into a Parts Truck for the auto body (T100 I think) and it still runs today AFAIK.

That was 10 years ago when we gave it to them.
