I was following MLS and Jordan's thread for the past few months and I noticed that the houses in Westpark do not get the same price range ($/sqrft) relatively speaking when compared to houses in Aspen Stone/Wentworth. I thought the area is nice and the houses were built with bigger lots but how come? Is it because it still considered westspring? I thought the location is not too bad. The same house in Aspen or Wentworth would be at least $100-200k more. Let me know what you think
