I need a cheap 20" LCD TV WITH TV tuner. By cheap, I mean $50 or under. TV must be working *and* must be easily operable by an 88 year old granny, with bony weak fingers and who can't tell the difference between the power and volume buttons. Doesn't need to be HD. SD is perfectly good and actually preferred.
