4th Class Power Engineering Materials

Hey lads,
I'm gonna take the fourth class power engineering course thru distance at SAIT.

Is it recommended to buy the books brand new? Does anyone know where I can get the materials used? If I buy them used, are they "up to date?

If you buy used you will do fine. The difference between the versions of Pan Global is small, only some minor corrections.
