East Indian Dinner Buffet?

Does such a thing exist in Calgary? I know lunch buffet's are everywhere.... but dinner?

Yes. First one that comes to mind is in the strip mall next to glenmore inn. It used to be called Delhi Darbar but the name has changed. The food is good there but never tried the buffet.

The only one I know about which is good is Royal India downtown, its right beside the Suncor Building http://www.royalindia.ca/.
