Parking on Private property

Alright...this is another parking on private property question but before you say "search", I haven't found anything on this.
If someone parks in my parking bay in the back alley (too poor to build a garage) without my consent, can I get the city to tow the car away and who would pay the charges?

If so then you can have them towed.

the last time someone had a car infront of my alley garage, i put a note there saying i would contact calgary parking control if they didnt have it moved in 24hours.

24 hours later the car was still there, so i called calgary parking control and said theres a car in blocking my garage, they said they would come down to look at it, if it was parked illegally they would have it towed.

the car ended up being towed, and i never heard from either the owner or the city

It's a house that has an area that would be for a garage should I decide to build one. I don't need to reserve it since it's technically part of my property.

Well, if he is parked on your property, sounds like he just donated his car, take what you want!
Then tow the rest of the shitbox out into the alley with an SUV or a truck.

Yup...your mad skills are 1337 . Except his/her POS is more diagonal in a 70 degree angle and my parking bay is big enough to hold 2 cars. I suggest a redraw ;)

I've left a note on the windshield and will call the city first thing in the morning.

- I would get into his car, pop his hood, and put a fish in his heater motor.

- I would inject syringefulls of flamable fluid into the seal-beam unuts and his tail-lights.

- I would stuff bic lighters up his exhaust pipe until they fell into his muffler. I have seen this work. It is spectacular.

- I would put several large pebbles or nuts into his hubcaps and pop them back on.

- I woild put Polystrippa into his windshield washer reservoir.

- and finally, I would shit in his trunk, and wipe his jackhandle in it.

a few weeks ago someone was parked in front of my garage when i got home from a trip out of town... I started honking till the chick came out, and she slipped on the ice while hearing me say "whos fucking car is in my way"

interesting to know what i can do, i really dont appreciate ppl blocking access to MY GARAGE

do i have the right to move the thing myself? I was mad enough that I would have gotten a truck and pulled it out of the way

what really pissed me off was that there was plenty of space everywhere else on the street, yet they chose to park there... :guns:
