Insurance Companies During Holidays

I left my car at a friend's place on Sunday night and returned Monday morning to a giant dent (and paint damage) on my driver's side door. I reported it to the Police, but when I called my insurance company (Meloche Monnex), they were closed. Anyone have any idea when they're back up and running?

Did you call the claims centre? They are usually avaliable 24 hours...

Also is your car hitted or just a big door ding? Remember you need to pay your deductible if you claim this through insurance.
