^ Nice... I'll have to give those a look sometime.

I've done a backsplash using those textured 12" vinyl stick tiles before and it came out in a similar manner, of course it was put over bare drywall instead of existed tile backsplash. Turned out rather nice for the less than $20 I spent.

You should look into installing black outlets & covers to blend in better. The white on a dark backsplash really stands out a lot.

Looks really good. How much was the product per SQ.FT?

This style costs $10 for 10" squares - not exactly cheap, but way cheaper and easier than actual tiles. The only tools you need are a utility knife and scissors.

Still sounds pretty pricey at $10 for a 10" square.

I was just going to say - add in the cost of mortar, grout & tools and these tiles look cheap!

Maybe you can buy tile for that kind of money but can you easily install it yourself for the same amount of money?

Not all of us are grunts that roll around in grout for a living

^^+1 Sorta curious myself. And if it's still up and not too much trouble, could you take a picture of the edges?

The only additional thing I would recommend is to run a bead of silicone along the edge that's closest to the sink, it's the only spot where it was starting to look a little rough.

Thanks for the pics!
we are going to give this a try
