While visiting family for Xmas my dad mentioned something about an old Doge Colt or something sitting in a farmers field.
Well we bundled up and headed out for some pictures. As I first looked at it I thought it might have been a old Celica but once we started brushing off the snow we noticed what it really was-a 1971 Toyota Crown with the 2600 straight 6 and a Toyoglide automatic. I have never seen a Crown in Canada ever and this one was pretty cool.
Body is kind of rough-almost every body panel had been creased in some form or another, the body has lots of surface rust and the one rocker panel we could see was rusted out as was the gas filler but the wheel wells looked pretty good. The glass looked intact as did all the trim. The front turn signals were both broken but the rears were mostly intact.
Looked like 88XXX miles on the O/D-interior looked OK at best.

It is for sale; I do not know the owner nor am I posting it for anyone so if you want more details I can provide them. This car is out in the open and is visible to anyone but I won't post the location here. This is simply a spotted thread.
It is a pretty interesting rare car (for Canada, any way) and would make a cool resto mod/drift car with a modern drivetrain.
